Formtime Master does not require student accounts and does not ask students to provide names, contact details, answers or school information.
Points, skill progress and each game’s all-time best result are saved on the device. Per-game best results stay on the device and are not sent to the leaderboard. To calculate the anonymous global weekly record, the site sends the device’s weekly point total with a randomly generated identifier. The identifier is not a name, email address or school identity, and it is never displayed publicly. Weekly score records are used only for the anonymous leaderboard.
Daily session progress, completed-session days, milestones, favourites and playlist titles are saved in this browser when browser storage is available. People using the same browser profile share this local progress. These records are not sent to the leaderboard. Clearing browser data removes them.
A shared playlist link contains activity choices and display language only. It does not include the saved playlist title, session results or passport progress.
We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website use, such as visits, approximate country, device type, visit duration, which activities are opened, and whether guided sessions or playlists are started or finished. Session and playlist events do not include saved playlist titles, results or passport progress. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent personal identifiers. Activity answers are not collected.
